This ebook has been delayed due to a ski-ing accident with my brother and another siblings wedding this weekend. Hoping for a realease date in March, keep an eye out. I am in the process of getting together a giveaway at the moment, so make sure you are following so you don’t miss a thing.

Just a quick post to let you all know that I am releasing a meal plan ebook in the next week or two. I feel like a lot of meal plans and diets are amazing but none really combined all the techniques and tips for me. Also I am thinking about creating a whole new tumblr for my fitness posts, as this is my secondary blog but I wish it was my primary, this makes replying to messages etc very difficult. I am unsure as to when this will happen as I would like to get it fully operational with links and content before releasing it, but I will be sure to send you all a message letting you know where to find me ♥ (for now I will continue updating here)

I am also on the verge of releasing my very on fitness vlog on youtube, with regular updates about weightloss in general, fitness topics and my personal journey. Videos will be posted to my new tumblr when I am up and running. I apologise for not being on regularly lately, but as you can see I have a lot in the works. ♥

Hi lovely, thanks so much. I am actually dedicating this week to compiling my personalised meal plan & philosophies and making it into a ebook to share (first 50 copies are free!), if you don’t mind waiting a few days I can send you a copy of that? also with exercise I can include a specific week by week workout for you as well, but its important to remember abs are made in the kitchen :).

Look I do, but I need someone with the same goals as me, I need someone I can actually get to know and share all my weightloss knowledge with. I want someone that actually cares not just a few  inboxes. (not that any of you wonderful lovelies have done anything wrong and I am always happy to share my advice but when looking for a weightloss buddy its more than that)
